In response to customer requirements, we have launched a new feeder that utilizes MAX3485 communication. Apart from RS-485 bus communication, its other features are identical to those of the V3.
1: You need to set the feeder address using the buttons; the address range is 0–99.
2: It uses the same command-line format as the OpenPnP automatic feeder: `M600 N1 F2`. Here, `N` represents the address and `F` represents the number of steps (with a range of 0–99).
3: The feeder's controller uses an ESP32-C3 module.
The price of the feeder controller (which includes a long, gold-plated PCB) is $30.
The unit price of the feeder is $18.
If you plan to upgrade your V3 version to V485, the price for the feeder PCBA and display is $10 per unit.
