The PNPv3 kit you ordered will first be air-shipped to our warehouses in the United States and the European Union. We will cover all customs duties and VAT, completing all customs clearance procedures. Then, the package will be delivered to you via UPS (US) or DPD (EU). You only need to wait at home for the delivery, with no need to contact customs.
